In response to an article entitled “Full Speech of the Chairman of Zhongji InnoLight at the 2026 Optical Interconnect Forum (Shanghai, May 28)” and related content that have been fabricated and disseminated by certain online media outlets, self-media accounts, and social media platforms, Zhongji InnoLight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), after careful verification and in accordance with its commitment to accuracy and responsibility, hereby issues the following statement:

I.The Company has no knowledge of the so-called “2026 Optical Interconnect Forum (Shanghai, May 28)” and has never received any invitation to, nor been informed of, any event bearing such a name. Upon verification, the event with a similar name and date appears to be the “2026 China Optical Communications High-Quality Development Forum – ‘X’PO Empowering AI Data Center Optical Interconnection Forum.” The Company neither participated in nor attended this event.

II. The aforementioned article is entirely fabricated and contains false information. Neither the Company nor its Chairman and President, Mr. Sheng Liu, has ever made any of the statements attributed to them in the article. The content has no connection with the Company and does not represent the views or positions of either the Company or Mr. Liu.

To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all investors, and to ensure the transparency, accuracy, and orderly dissemination of information, the Company hereby solemnly declares:

1. The Company strictly complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements governing information disclosure by listed companies. Investors are advised to refer exclusively to official announcements published through the Company’s designated statutory information disclosure channels. Any unverified information disseminated through unofficial sources is unrelated to the Company and should be treated with caution.

2. The article constitutes maliciously fabricated false information. Its creation and dissemination have caused adverse impacts on the Company and are highly likely to mislead investors. The Company firmly opposes all forms of rumormongering, misinformation, and malicious speculation involving listed companies. The Company has preserved evidence relating to the false content and its dissemination and will pursue legal action against the responsible parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to protect the Company’s legitimate rights and interests and maintain the sound order of the capital market.

3. Investors are urged to make rational investment decisions, refrain from creating, spreading, or believing rumors, and rely solely on official Company announcements. Investors should remain vigilant against misinformation and avoid being influenced by unsubstantiated market rumors.
